Sightline AI ProjectRequest a session

AI showed up in your school before anyone asked you.

Sightline AI Project runs plain-language sessions for educators, parents, and community groups across Central Florida. Free community talks, paid faculty workshops, and help writing your school's AI policy.

You're not behind.

Most of what you hear about AI arrives as either a sales pitch or a warning. Neither one helps you decide what to do on Monday.

These sessions start where you actually are: the cheating, the workload, the question of what your students are graduating into, and the tools already running on the district network. We name the hard parts before we get anywhere near the hopeful ones.

No one is expected to arrive knowing anything.

What we do

  • Community talks

Thirty minutes, plain language, for libraries, PTAs, and community groups. Free. You'll see these tools working live instead of hearing them described.

  • Faculty workshops

Professional development for teachers and staff, built around the work you already have rather than a generic curriculum. Paid engagement, scheduled around your calendar.

  • Policy workshops

Most schools need an AI-use policy and have nothing to start from. We work through yours in a room, in about two hours, and you leave with a draft.

Who it's for

Educators and school leaders

Teachers, media specialists, department heads, and administrators — public, private, charter, and homeschool co-ops.

Parents and families

Evening sessions for the questions you actually have about what your kid is using.

Community organizations

Libraries, civic groups, chambers, and workforce boards.

Who runs this

[TODO: COPY — 120-word bio to come. It must include the sentences below, verbatim.]

I also run an AI governance company. I don't sell it here. Sightline sessions never include a product pitch, and we never share who attended with anyone.

Our pledge

  • We don't sell software.
  • We don't take money from AI companies in exchange for saying kind things about them.
  • We don't co-brand sessions with vendors.
  • We never share attendee information with anyone, for any reason.

If a session ever feels like a sales pitch, tell us and we'll refund the engagement.
